roomy room free amenities
the staff was friendly and spoke english. my room was roomy and clean. the bathroom included a bathtub, and the toilet was in a separate room.. they provided free sport drinks, ice cream bars in the onsen, soba noodles for late-night snacking, and yakult yogurt drinks in the morning. the location had good food and was near downtown where you can find 24-hour restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket.
they were quite rude and claimed they could not do it. they told me this was yamato's rule, that shipping luggage two days prior was not feasible..

clean bathhouse rich facility yogurt drink polite staff
the hotel onsen felt VERY clean with RICH facilities. i liked the complimentary yakult yogurt drinks in the morning. the location has tons of good food, close to downtown where you can find 24hr restaurants. the staff were polite, and check-in was fast.

The room had enough space for two large suitcases. bathroom included a bathtub and a separate toilet room. water pressure was good. Hot water was always available for showers.

The hotel offers free ramen for dinner. It is available at certain hours. complimentary popsicles are a treat after the onsen. staff can help locate lost hotel. They are accommodating at odd hours.

fantastic stay with excellent amenities
double room luggage storage softer pillow
i found the inn to be excellent, although the standard double room felt a bit tight for two people. there wasn't much space to unpack luggage comfortably, but we made do (it was manageable). i was able to store my luggage for a few hours after checkout without any problems and the staff provided softer pillows upon request.

the room had comfortable beds, and free water was a nice touch. the bathroom arrangement, with a washbasin outside, allowed two people to use the facilities more efficiently. the room was very clean and well maintained.

the inn is conveniently located near ikebukuro station, providing easy access to various destinations. it is in a quiet area of ikebukuro, a significant benefit. omote road and sunshine city are easily accessible from here.

The staff was attentive and helpful. They promptly provided softer pillows when i requested them. i greatly appreciated the smooth and easy check-in and check-out processes. the staff was able to store luggage after checkout.

the onsen on the top floor was a perfect way to relax after sightseeing. complimentary ice cream and yogurt drinks in the lounge were a good treat. laundry facilities were easily accessible and convenient to use (the laundry was very easy).

breakfast offered a wonderful variety of selections, including japanese, chinese, and western options. the complimentary ramen served in the evening was a nice touch. free coffee was available in the lobby, which i appreciated.
